Greetings!
Our school will be celebrating its 89th anniversary since its founding in Hong Kong, along with the 152nd anniversary of our mother school in Guangzhou. To mark this delightful day of celebration, we are holding the Thanksgiving Service on 4th May, 2024 (Saturday), at 9:00 a.m. in the Centennial Hall of our school. This will be a wonderful opportunity for the True Light community to rejoice and give thanks to the Lord for His abundant provisions throughout the years.
On the same day, a Fundraising Fun Fair organized by the Parents and Teachers Association will take place on our school campus. This event will not only allow our students to showcase their creativity and impress guests with their spectacular game booth designs, but it will also serve as a homecoming activity for all our alumni to return to their alma mater and support their younger school sisters. The theme of our fun fair is “TogetherLand” (真光童樂園). The name of our school, “True Light,” embodies the values of authenticity, knowledge, and enlightenment. It symbolizes a place where students thrive, learn, and grow, guided by the illumination of wisdom and truth. “TogetherLand” is a land of unity and joy, where the spirit of togetherness flourishes, fostering a sense of community and shared experiences.
