Let’s put in the effort to build the strongest team we can!
Students took part in a “Team Building” session on June 23 in the school gymnasium. Students gain experience in setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles, and building consensus within groups through three distinct activities. The students took an active role in the activities, and afterward, they shared their experiences and reflected on them as a group. The students got an excellent experience and solidified their S3 team spirit over the three-hour program.
6月23日上午，中三級同學在學校體育館參加「團隊建立」工作坊。透過三個不同活動，學習如何訂定及完成目標、訓練解難能力並完成挑戰、以及怎樣在團隊中達成共識。
同學積極投入活動，每個活動後都有小組分享及總結，最後由主持人作活動觀察報告。在3小時的活動中，同學們上了寶貴的一課，成功建立了中三級旭晶社的團隊精神！
