A group of Secondary 4 students participated in a Chinese Tea Workshop, which was an enriching and eye-opening experience. The workshop was hosted by a local tea house, and the students had the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of Chinese tea, as well as the proper techniques for brewing and serving tea.
During the workshop, the students were also able to taste various types of tea, including green tea, black tea, and oolong tea. They were taught how to appreciate the aroma, color, and taste of each tea, and were encouraged to ask questions and share their thoughts and opinions.
Overall, the students found the workshop to be both educational and enjoyable. They gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for Chinese tea, and were able to develop their social and cultural awareness.
