Q: Who can apply to be a Mentor?
A: At current stage, the programme is open for all True Light Middle School Alumnae who graduated before Year 2000. Please refer to the “Be a Good Mentor” page for the detailed information of the registration criteria.
Q: How are Mentees selected?
A: All prospective Mentees are invited to attend an interview. Selection of Mentees is based primarily on the information provided by the applicants in the application form and their performance in the interview.
Q: How are Mentor and Mentee paired up?
A: 1 or 2 Mentees will be assigned to one Mentor who has experiences or expertise in a particular industry.
