True Light’s Stall at Lunar New Year Fair 2016
This year is the 81st anniversary of our dearest school. We, the Student Union 2015-2016, would like to initiate the True Light Middle School of Hong Kong Lunar New Year Fair Project. Through the project, every student has the chance to get involved to illuminate our fellow Truelighters and enhance the sense of belonging of the students towards True Light. We believe that all Truelighters will be inspired to be more enthusiastic about their lives, about their studies, and about whatever they take part in. Furthermore, we aim to enrich the festive atmosphere, provide more ECA opportunities for our fellow schoolmates, to keep up our spirit. The activity will bring numerous benefits for participants.
The coming Lunar Year will be the Year of Monkey, and the Lunar New Year Fair, held by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD), will last for 6.5 days [2nd February (Tuesday) to the morning of 8th February 2016 (Monday)] in Victoria Park. It is the largest fair with the greatest number of visitors in Hong Kong. We plan to hold our stall from 4th February (Thursday) to the morning of 8th February (Monday) since the first two days are school days.
Our stall, No.128, is located on the third street on Tin Hau’s side.
