Six S2 girls from our school took part in the Time to Talk Public Speaking Competition 2024 organized by the Native-speaking English Teacher (NET) Section, Curriculum Development Institute (CDI) and Education Bureau in May. The two teams of our school headed to Li Cheng Uk Government Primary School to compete with eleven other teams in the region. We are so thrilled to announce that the team of 2B Anson Fong, 2C Mavis Chan and 2C Phoebe Sin has won the second prize in the event.
This year, the theme of the competition is “Love and Growth”. Participants have to choose a song as their inspiration for a 4–minute group presentation. It is a territory-wide public speaking competition this which is open to all public sector and DSS primary and secondary schools.
